Playhouse Disney is a house for pre-school children, where they are invited to come in and play every day with Big Dave (Dave Benson Philips) and Little Alex, on channels 613, 614 and their own channel 616.

Some of their favourite programmes and characters are there, such as Bear In The Big Blue House, Rolie Polie Olie, Winnie The Pooh, and Spot.

Inside Playhouse Disney, children are encouraged to play, learn and create. They meet lots of pets from kittens to owls, meerkats to snakes. Sometimes favourites like Bear from the Big Blue House come to visit.

Playhouse Disney launched in September 1999, and has recently won the Cable TV Award for Favourite Pre-school Channel. They receive over 1000 letters, birthday cards and pictures each week.
